How we use the details you send us.
CaterPlug supplies commercial catering equipment. You can contact us about your data at enquiries@caterplug.co.uk.
When you request a quote or use Build My Kitchen or Replace My Machine, we collect what you give us: your name, business name, email, phone number, site postcode and details about your kitchen or equipment.
If you upload photos of your equipment or data plate, we use them only to identify the equipment and quote a replacement. They are stored securely with our website host and deleted when no longer needed.
Only to answer your enquiry, prepare quotes, process orders, arrange delivery and installation, and provide after-sales support. We do not sell your details and we do not send marketing unless you ask us to.
Only the people needed to complete your order: equipment manufacturers and distributors, delivery companies and qualified installation partners. We also keep records our accountants need.
Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after 2 years. Order records are kept for 6 years, as UK tax law requires.
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Email us and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
