We do not hold stock. Your equipment ships direct from the manufacturer or its UK distributor to your site, which keeps costs down and means it arrives brand new.
Many items are in UK stock and arrive within a few working days. Larger or made-to-order equipment can take longer. We confirm the expected lead time on your quote and keep you updated.
Delivery costs are shown on your quote.
Standard delivery is to ground floor or kerbside. If your kitchen is up stairs, in a basement or has tight access, tell us before you order so we can arrange the right service.
Need it fitted? We can arrange installation and commissioning by qualified engineers. Ask for it on your quote.
